Rules for the submission of articles by authors

  1. The editorial board accepts only original articles for publication. The author is fully responsible for compliance with this rule.
  2. Articles are accepted electronically in Microsoft Word format. Articles intended for publication in the journal are sent by the authors to the editorial office by e-mail to npptez@mail.ru . The articles recorded on CD-ROM or other electronic media can be delivered by the author to the editorial office by mail or in person to the address 140070, Moscow region, Lyuberetsky district, Tomilino village, Garshina str., 11.
  3. There is no fee for the publication of scientific articles.
  4. The text of the article should be no more than 9 pages long. If the author's material occupies more than 9 pages, then it should be divided into several parts with the possibility of serial publication in different issues of the journal.
  5. The following requirements apply to the design of the article:
    • Font - Times New Roman, size 14.
    • The line spacing is single.
    • The title of the article and all sub-paragraphs should be highlighted in bold or italics.
    • Tables, figures, photos are provided as separate files in the format ".cdr", ".eps" or ".tif" (300 dpi)
    • Formulas are created using the built-in formula editor (MathType, Microsoft Equation) with numbering in parentheses, centered.
    • Bibliographic references are placed in square brackets at the end of the sentence.
  6. The article must contain:
    • Annotation. In the abstract, the author should briefly disclose the topic of the article, reflect the specifics of the content and the difference between this material and those close to the topic, highlight those points of content that carry novelty.
    • Keywords. The list of basic concepts and definitions used by the author in the article.
    • Bibliographic list.
    • Translation of the article title, abstract and keywords into English.
  7. Together with the article, the author provides the editorial office with information about his education and work experience, compiled on the basis of the editorial office questionnaire, as well as contact information. If the article is written by a team of authors, then information is provided for each of them.

The procedure for reviewing articles

  1. All articles submitted to the editorial office of the journal for publication are reviewed.
  2. The reviewer and the author of the article should be employees of different research institutions.
  3. The manuscript is sent for review within a period not exceeding two weeks from the date of its receipt to the editorial office.
  4. Reviewers are notified that the manuscripts sent to them are protected by copyright law. Reviewers are not allowed to make copies of manuscripts for their own needs.
  5. The review is conducted confidentially.
  6. All reviews are necessarily provided to the authors of the manuscripts for review.
  7. If there is an indication of correction in the review, the manuscript is sent to the author for revision. In this case, the article with the changes is reviewed again.
  8. In case of disagreement with the opinion of the reviewer, the author has the right to provide a reasoned response to the editorial board of the journal. The article can be sent to another reviewer or, in special cases, reviewed by the editorial board.
  9. The decision on the expediency of publication after reviewing is made by the editor-in-chief of the journal, if necessary - by the editorial board as a whole.
  10. The originals of all reviews are kept in the editorial office of the journal for 5 years from the date of receipt.
