Up-to-date automation facilities of electrical power supply in electric traction ac network

There were considered the automation facilities of electrical power supply in AC overhead system, namely, the interlock device for automatic switch reclosing to sustained short circuit and up-to-date search method of sustained short circuit zone. The facility is based on residual and/or induced voltage control in the switched off overhead system. The paper presents algorithms and their scheme realization.

Law of the optimal control of electric rolling-stock with rheostat -contact control system

Based on the mathematical model of dispersal and movement of electric rolling stock with a rheostatic power operated motor controller of electric power operated motor controller an optimal law of dc motor control is obtained, implemented by a discrete control system. An algorithm for integrating the equations of motion, is developed, the step size control in which the evaluation has been made using an analogue of the global error.

Features of the software to calculate the universal model of the equivalent thermal circuit of the DC and asynchronous traction motors
